Rosa Huset uppfördes i Tidigare låg ett välkänt byggmästarehus från sekelskiftet på tomten - det var detta som har gett namnet och därför även färgen till en del av den nuvarande byggnaden.

Anorna från det ursprungliga huset anas alltså fortfarande, först och främst i färgerna. Byggnaden består av en femvåningsdel som vetter mot Kanalgatan och en fyrvåningsdel mot Bryggaregatan. Totalt rymmer fastigheten 37 hyreslägenheter med en variation från ettor till fyror.

Här finns fyra stycken Miele tvättmaskiner, 3 st Miele torktumlare, två torkskåp och en riktig kallmangel - och så finns det bra utsikt mot gården om barnen är ute och leker. Allt handikappvänligt - även toaletten intill.
